GUIDELINES
FOR YOUR BRAND
We bring logo, colour, typography and tone-of-voice rules into one document, helping every supplier apply your brand consistently.

DESIGN BUILT AROUND
YOUR OBJECTIVES
Brand guidelines document how a brand looks and sounds: logo and clear space, colours, fonts, grids, photography style, applications and tone of voice. They are essential when more than one person works on a brand; without them, each supplier interprets the identity differently.

ANSWERS TO
YOUR QUESTIONS
How do brand guidelines differ from a logo guide?
A logo guide covers only the mark: variants, clear space and prohibited changes. Brand guidelines go further, covering colours, fonts, grids, photography, applications and tone of voice. If your website, documents and signage need to look consistent, you need brand guidelines.
We do not have a logo. Should we start there?
Yes. Brand guidelines document an existing system; they do not create it. If you do not yet have a logo and visual identity, we develop those first, then define the rules.
How detailed should the document be?
As detailed as the materials you actually use require. A packaging section is unnecessary for a company that packages nothing. We agree on the contents during the brief, so you do not pay for pages added merely to make the document look impressive.
Which files will you deliver?
We deliver the approved final versions and editable source files. Formats for editing, print and digital use are agreed in the project scope.
How do approvals work?
We first approve the brief and direction, then the key layout. We collect revisions by stage to keep agreed decisions consistent across the full set.
Can we use existing materials?
Yes. We review your current files, brand rules and content readiness. We keep what works and identify what needs to be added or reworked.
A PROJECT HAS
A FACE AND A CHARACTER.
“I personally contribute to strategy and key decisions. A website should do more than impress — it should clearly and honestly explain why a customer should choose you.”
